- United States Work from Home Office.

US Travel Ready. Occasional International Travel.

As an Engagement Manager, you work closely with Sales Professionals and Customers in developing and expanding contracted re-occurring revenue customers throughout the US market. These customer targets are organizations who use billing and pricing technology platforms for financial transactions.

Primarily working with your Sales counterparts, you are performing customer needs assessments, developing project management plans, performing product implementation plans, leading implementation communicatons and solving issues. Once products are implemented, you are focused on expanding the business opportunities. You work closely with Sales Professionals and international inside sales teams with contracted customers or soon to be contracted customers.

As the Executive Engagement Manager you shall;

  • Demonstrate experience in Software and technolgies regarding APIs, Domains, and IT infrastructures. You are communicating and working with IT teams to implement Enterprise products.
  • Compliment and coordinate with Sales FOBs of product line to decision makers responsible for procuring and integrating the SaaS product throughout the financial supply chain including direct sales, seminars, and trade-show events.
  • Coordinate, with Senior Management, the continued and ongoing engagement of the product portfolio, representing opportunities to key stake holders on product performance, ROI, and industry technology advancements.
  • Responsible for continued support of the financial growth plans of product family, hitting financial sales targets, reporting to senior management on results.

Executive Account Manager Qualification & Experience:

  • Financial SaaS Engagement experience with demonstrated experience in annuity bases software support.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management of Enterprise Financial SaaS software systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in including API construction and set-up, domain set-up and infrastructure, financial transactions regarding debits, credits, collections, and sales of these systems.
  • BS/BA degree with 7 years experience in SaaS Engagement and Sales Support  to C-Suite targets.

The Engagement Manager is highly compensated and commensurate with experience. You work closely with Internal customers IT teams and key stakeholders and world wide network of professionals in the financial services industry. For consideration, you are required to provide a compensation summary of earnings, be Capable of unrestricted travel both nationally and internationally, and have demonstrated SaaS financial products Software Engagement experiences verified through your references.
