Purchasing Manager’s Role within the Company:

  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will manage relationships with current global suppliers as well as proactively source additional suppliers.  Additionally, the Supply Chain Manager will audit suppliers to ensure ISO compliance.  This position will create controls to ensure the organizations maintains the appropriate inventory levels needed for manufacturing.

Purchasing Manager's Background Profile:

  • Expertise in Supply Chain Management
  • 3 + years’ experience in ISO certified facilities - required
  • Exposure to auditing suppliers are well as sourcing new suppliers - required
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Bachelors in Business or Supply Chain preferred
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM preferred
