Project Manager

Raised Flooring Solutions - Trade Show and Special Event Flooring 

Organize, plan, and manage resources while maximizing profitability, customer satisfaction and quality. 

  • Determine areas needing cost reduction and improvement
  • Material procurement
  • Identify and solve problems to minimize risk
  • Prepare contracts

Prepare budgets, site plans, scheduling and equipment allocations, materials and labor, and removal. Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long-term planning

  • Monitor/control construction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage financial aspects
  • Collect and review project P&L statements, by event and by product

Meet customers’ demands in the fast-paced special events industry.

Supervise truck drivers 

Project Manager requires:

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 5+ years EVENT construction experience, operations preferred.
    • Scaffolding and Flooring
  • Ability to work night and weekends as needed. 
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications and municipal requirements
  • Have the training to operate a forklift
