We are currently seeking an experienced Professional Recruiter with a Customer First mindset. You will utilize cutting edge recruiting tools, partner with in-house research partners in an effort to locate and attract specific talent for client talent needs throughout the US. Our Professional Recruiter Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full life-cycle of the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Partnering with a group of assigned clients with signed requisitions to assist in their recruitment efforts.
  • Recruiting / source, contact, screen and interview candidates.
  • Assessing candidate's competency to include job fit, motivational fit and culture fit.
  • Completing the recruiting process, including facilitating selection, negotiating offers and owning the relationship between the candidate and client.
  • Assessing the current situation in recruiting for the positions you support. Meet with the hiring manager and learn critical aspects of position, indicators of success, and ideal candidate profile.
  • Identifying and utilizing internal and external resources available to assist in proactively seeking talent in a competitive recruiting environment. Internal resources would include leading cutting edge recruitment tools and partnering with internal sourcing teams as well as the extensive use of Social Media to identify talent.
  • Following the Career Transitions recruiting process and produce verifiable metrics to support activities.  

A Successful Professional Recruiter has:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably third-party technical recruitment. 

A team player that is capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, inquisitive and a business-oriented self-starter who is passionate about recruiting and completing a recruiting assignment.  

Strong interpersonal skills with high level of maturity combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
