What will you be doing?
  • Our Payroll and  Benefits Manager will administer employee benefits, including: retirement plans, term life insurance plans, and medical plans.
  • Our Payroll and  Benefits Manager will verify and conduct audits on payroll processes.
  • Our Payroll and  Benefits Manager will provide leadership to payroll and benefits staff.
  • Our Payroll and Benefits Manager will ensure compliance with SOX.
  • Our Payroll and Benefits Manager will assist the audit process of third party vendors.

What do you need for this position?
  • High volume payroll processing (750 FTE' s and up) is a MUST.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems.
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of tax law, HIPPA, and COBRA.
  • Development and administration of Benefit strategies and deployment.

What We’ d Like to See ~ But Not a Showstopper:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Certified Payroll Professional certification (CPP)
