The Office Manager is responsible for delivering the following: 


• Supervises the administrative assistant and equipment manager.
• Coordinates office administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinates customer support and provides excellent customer service.
• Provides operations support (e.g., scheduling, inventory, tools and chemicals).
• Responsible for scheduling work for crews.
• Supports human resources (new hire paperwork, payroll, etc.) and safety teams.
• Assists the business development department.
• Maintains phone system and may assist IT department.
• Completes and reviews various forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies.

What you need to be successful as a Office Manager:

  • Business degree and minimum five years' experience in general management required.
  • Experience managing an office in the Construction or Landscaping areas is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Quickbooks.
