Your responsibilities as a Lighting Technical Specialist:
  •     Preparing lighting project proposals as well as submittals.
  •     Supporting Sales team and Project Managers.
  •     Attend project kick-off meetings.
  •     Review lighting order requirements & check pricing.
  •     Assist PM with purchasing orders and deliveries.
  •     Assist team and customers with any technical questions.
  •     Supporting the sales team & their customers.
  •     Provide telephone support & troubleshooting.
  •     Provide or arrange for on-site services as required.
  •     Commission installed lighting systems - including testing, programming,  termination of L/V wiring, troubleshooting and providing owner instruction services.

What you need to be a successful Lighting Technical Specialist:
  •     Associates Degree or Three Years Equivalent Experience
  •     Working knowledge of entertainment and architectural lighting control systems.
  •     ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Awareness
  •     Applicable QMS procedures/work instructions
  •     Philips/Signify Factory Certified Technician
  •     ETCP Entertainment Technician
  •     Revit BIM Modeling
  •     Experience with line voltage and L/V electrical testing & troubleshooting
  •     Theatre/TV/Film – lighting designer or stagehand, preferred
  •     A/V – systems integration, preferred
