Located in South Bend, IN this Inside Sales Representative position is focused on Customer Service and  instrumental in assisting customers in the full order life-cycle including; entering orders, working with various departments including scheduling and shipping, maintaining steady communication with the customers and resolving any customer issues.

What You Need For This Position?
  • Our Inside Sales Representative must have provided customers service / inside sales support within manufacturing industries.
  • Our Inside Sales Representative has Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and has worked with MRP/ERP systems.
  • Our Inside Sales Representative works with various departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Our Inside Sales Representative has exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Our Inside Sales Representative has strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization skills, ability to multitask and exception follow through skills.
  • Bachelors or Associates preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

What You Will Be Doing?
  • Receiving customer’ s initial orders (from various sources) and entering into system.
  • Reviewing and maintaining customer pricing ~ work with internal staff to resolve any discrepancies. 
  • Coordinating with shipping to schedule orders and determine products ETA.
  • Monitoring orders and coordinating with logistics team to ensure orders will be delivered on time.
  • Addressing any customer issues in a timely manner including internal research, working with other departments to find resolution and communicating with the clients during the entire process.
