What will you be doing?
  • You will be managing the recruitment process through effective internal/external posting procedures, third party recruiter relationships, candidate screening, interviewing techniques/processes and testing/assessments.
  • You will work with the Manager, Training to manage the learning and development activities and assist with the creation and implementation of direct training and orientation programs for the employees.
  • You will be responsible for required HR reporting (i.e. EEO, headcount, Workers Comp, benefit plans, etc.)
  • You will assist with the annual objective setting and development planning for the employees.
  • You will assist with compensation and benefit program development, implementation and monitoring.
  • You will assist with all required HR entries into ADP and Workday HR systems, as well as maintaining their Learning Management System.   

What experience do you need for this position?
  • You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role.
  • A Bachelor’ s degree is preferred
  • You must have strong computer skills including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
