This position is responsible for delivering the following: 
  • Must have experience processing payroll.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of all HR related employment laws. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Payroll software.
  • Assisting with recruiting duties, assisting in the selection process and reference verification of candidates that are being reviewed. 
  • Providing assistance to the HR Manager in developing a Corporate Training Plan. 
  • Understand, administer, improve and communicate the employee fringe benefit package. 
  • Enforcement and changes regarding the company’ s Employee Handbook. 
  • Preparing information for employees regarding payroll, policy changes, benefit programs, position transfers, salary changes or other HR related information.
  • New employee orientation and conducting exit interviews.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be required to assist in the HR and payroll departments.

What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Associate’ s degree or 2-4 years of on the job experience.
