HR Administrator’s role within the Company:

  • Reporting to the HR Manager, this HR Administrator will work directly with over 100 employees supporting day-to-day HR functions. Main responsibilities will entail payroll and timekeeping as well as recruiting and employee relations.
  • To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.

Background Profile:

  • 3+ years’ of HR experience
  • Experienced in working within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint ~ ADP and Kronos strongly preferred
  • Associates degree preferred
