What you will be doing?
  • The Director provides leadership in the areas of strategy and analysis of internal and external, structured and unstructured data to provide insights for short and long-term organizational decision-making to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Guide the sales, marketing and digital organizations’ use of member data and measurement to drive the member experience, inform the strategic roadmap, support the product management team and guide marketing and sales efforts.
  • Partner closely with the BI team to generate models and predictive views of customer and market behavior, preferences,
  • Partners closely with Digital Strategy to inform an online experience that is proactive, easy, hyper-personalized and predicts needs. Uses statistical skills to develop hypothesis and build models to predict customer behavior such as buying behavior, product preferences, and financial needs.
  • Uses insights to drive where and when to deliver personalized communications to members.
  • Customer (member) data modeling & analysis. Develops capabilities around member and prospect data visualization and insight-driven storytelling.
  •   Uncovers untapped data sources and leads efforts to capture, catalogue and uses that data to drive an enhanced customer (member) experience.
  • Utilizes scientific approaches to extract insights from data and develop predictive models to meet organizational growth, engagement and retention goals, establishes performance metrics and KPI’ s for leadership, develops tactical targeting tools, and facilitates the efficient exploration and interpolation of large quantities of data through visualization.

What you need for this position?
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field. Master' s degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in technology, advanced analytics, data science, predictive modeling, or business intelligence.
  • Proficient with writing SQL queries. 
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry
