Electrical Field Tech & Customer Service – East Dallas
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with electronic and/or electrical 3-pase systems.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with the customers to help troubleshoot, start-up and repair units in the field or factory.
  • Train customer on safety, and operation of units.
  • Travel to customer location as needed.
  • Prepare for delivery of parts needed, and correspond with department manager when in the field.
  • Maintain complete records of service calls both customer, and internal.
  • Receive and/or return customer calls regarding technical questions.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with electronic and/or electrical 3-pase systems.
  • Associate degree in electronics or equivalent technical experience gained through successful completion of an accredited trade school or military electronic based school.
  • Documented US Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status
  • Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and mandatory overtime.
  • Able to read schematics for troubleshooting
  • Must be flexible, and able to travel without prior notice – up to 50% of the time – Domestic and International.
  • Must be fluent in English, and have good communication and written skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Must have a current (non-expired) driver’s license, and U.S. Passport, or able to obtain.
