ERP Business Analyst – Manufacturing/Supply Chain

What will you be doing?
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Supply Chain
    • Act as subject matter expert in Supply Chain during the Dynamics 365 ERP migration and post migration
    • Quickly develop expertise in other functional areas as needed
    • Provide “ best-practice”, lessons learned, and pit falls for Dynamics 365 Implementation
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership in Supply Chain
  • Lead Process Re-engineering efforts during ERP Implementation
    • Have a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and develop processes to be more efficient in a lean environment
    • Map current state across multiple current ERP systems and lead a cross functional team to develop a single unified process in Dynamics 365
    • Work through fit/gap analysis, configuration, design, and testing processes
  • Participate as a member of the core implementation team
    • Participate in the communication of progress towards ERP implementation and process re-engineering goals to leadership and stakeholders
    • Assist with the development of metrics supporting process re-engineering, implementation, and team training
    • Support ERP Implementation Calendar and Budget
    • Provide Technical Assistance During and After ERP Migration
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

What do you need for this position?
  • Bachelor degree, preferred; however, will consider applicable years of experience
  • Experience through at least one (1) full Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX implementation cycle preferred, or other ERP system
  • Experience working to and assisting with the development of Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX implementation plans and budgets
  • Experience leading the configuration of at least two (2) modules within Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX
  • Experience in data migrations from legacy ERP systems to Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX
  • Experience with JD Edwards a plus
  • Experience with Power BI, preferred, and or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience in lean methodologies
  • Demonstrated skills in process re-engineering, process consolidation, and improving process efficiencies
  • Demonstrated documentation, presentation skills, and communication skills from C-level to shop floor
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources both internal and external
