What you need for this position?
  • Bachelor’ s degree in related field with strong experience and technical acuity of  regulatory compliance requirements and EH&S risk management.  
  • 3+ years of EH&S experience leading EH&S efforts in a fast paced, manufacturing setting.
  • Impeccable communication skills and be able to influence colleagues, at all levels of the organization.   Must be able to build trust and drive change.
  • Experience managing workers' compensation claims and strong OSHA background.  
  • Ability to apply EH&S management process and tools to support strategic business objectives. 
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with the capability to handle various projects simultaneously.


What you will be doing?
  • Responsible for training on all EH&S matters to all parties.
  • Work with plant leaders, Director, and Executives on the development of action plans addressing critical issues. 
  • Create new safety programs including developing and rolling out Log Out / Tag Out program.
  • Address any safety issues in a timely manner and create corrective actions to rectify unsafe environments or actions.
  • Work with Treasury and Risk on the management and mitigation of workers' compensation claims.  
  • Create, implement, lead, and audit EHS monitoring and measurement plans.
  • Educate personnel to execute newly created programs.
  • Act as the liaison on EHS programs by answering questions, interpreting and developing programs and creating an overall safety awareness in the facility.
