Digital Experience Manager

The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for managing the digital product/service delivery life cycle from strategic planning to tactical launches in support of B2B & B2C prospects. The Manager leads the business case creation (including scope, resources, and budget), building consumer product brand awareness, engagement of product by designing digitally focused marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media, performance and programmatic media, content marketing, SEM, etc.

  • Work closely with ecommerce to create an omni-channel campaign.
  • Leads the scoping, requirements-gathering, stakeholder identification, vendor selection and develops the business case (cost/benefits analysis) for Digital Roadmap efforts and launches.
  • Utilize customer segments to build clear customer journeys across channels.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between creative and media so that they work in concert both to drive the customer experience as well as optimized results.
  • (social, digital, SEM) – lead the media planning process and oversee execution of plan.
  • Creative (social media, content marketing) – oversee all creative development and execution.
  • Influencer marketing – manage influencer marketing from conception through launch.
  • Partner with analytic s to drive constant optimization, growth, and learning and provide reporting to senior management.
  • Write marketing strategy/creative briefs to establish program positioning, strategic direction, and identify KPIs.
  • Identify key marketplace trends and provided insight on emerging trends and new media developments.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest design modes, trends and tools (including as it relates to their impact on search and content performance) and continue to enhance the user experience and design based on those best practices

  • Undergraduate degree with at least 5-8 years of experience of developing and driving B2B and B2C digital campaigns for product brands. 
  • Demonstrated history in working in a collaborative environment supporting new product launch initiatives as a valued team member in marketing.   
  • Strong background in following technologies and platforms:  (ie; Social Media, display, SEM, YouTube, etc. ). 
  • Understanding of SEO and web analytics preferred.

Must have a creative mindset and be able to generate ideas that are ‘ outside-the-box” thinking.  Having a passion and understanding the voice of the consumer is paramount to generate ideas and new innovative ways to purchase by the general public.  Must be an effective communicator with both strong project management and organizational skills.
