What you will be doing?
  • As the Digital Experience Manager you are developing the digital road map  and digital channels through innovative solutions, by applying analytics, bio metrics, conversion funnel and site optimizations, and more
  • The Digital Experience Manager leads the business case creation (including scope, resources, and budget), obtain approval, and lead the launch of new solutions that improve experience, drive retention, create efficiencies and create opportunities for growth in the digital delivery channels according to the digital  road map
  • Our Digital Experience Manager works closely with the eCommerce Technology Manager.

What you need for Success in this position?
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, Accounting, IT or related.
  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience; or an associate degree with 7+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with site optimization; user experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience leading a diverse project team to on-time, on-budget delivery that exceeds expectations.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze insights/data and translate into actionable efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services market, audience needs, and the sales cycle.
