The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for delivering the following: 

  • Will be supervising a small team on the Customer Service Department team.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality customer service to customers.
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times to customers.
  • Support management decisions on changes within the department with a positive attitude and provide a leadership role over the customer service department.
  • Managing the department work schedule.
  • Train and monitor new Customer Service Representative’s within the department.
  • Completing performance reviews for CSR team.
  • Provide competitive pricing and assisting customers with quotes.

What you need to be successful as the Customer Service Supervisor:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a customer service related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP and CRM.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
