Are you a Customer Service Representative who has outstanding people skills and is open to a contract-to-hire role? If you enjoy working one-on-one with customers to ensure satisfaction and have a customer focused attitude, this position is for you!

What will you be doing?
  • Answer inbound customer and delivery team calls
  • Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Clearly document all customer information on line
  • Resolve customer complaints and diffuse difficult customer contacts

What You Need for This Position?
  • Problem-solving, trouble shooting, and conflict resolution
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
  • Above average typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and windows-based applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly and execute consistently.
  • Ability to manage stress.
  • Prior call center experience strongly preferred - must have provided customer support via phone to resolve issues and assist with orders.

Hours:

Monday – Friday with alternating Saturdays.

11am – 8pm or 1pm – 10pm
