 What You Need For This Position?
  • Previous customer service experience within a call center environment.  Dispatch experience is a plus!
  • Strong computer skills are a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good work ethic and attendance a must.
  • Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required

What Will You Be Doing?
  • You will take incoming calls from technicians and clients and document services completed.
  • You will schedule technicians for service calls according to the customer’ s specifications and requests.
  • You will be the liaison between the technicians and customers to relay any and all pertinent information.
  • You will schedule any necessary repairs in order to restore service for the customer.
  • You will generate work orders through the company software and monitor through completion.
  • You will monitor emails on a regular basis for new service call requests and respond to any requests for updates from the customers.
  • You will create and present proposals for work requested by the customer.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of the services requested.
    • Emergency services, preventative maintenance or special projects.
