SUMMARY

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead all strategic, business and operational aspects of the organization.   The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience as a CEO/GM in a manufacturing environment, providing high quality components to automotive Tier 1 or OEMs.  The candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing business results and inspiring leadership. The CEO should have an entrepreneurial mindset able to lead towards aggressive growth targets.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strategic leadership to the company and direct the Executive Management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Upper Management teams to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.
  • Full P&L responsibility.  Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Lead all sales, operations and business activities to ensure desired results that are aligned with the overall strategy and mission
  • Leads the senior management team to meet the needs of the workforce including employee engagement within the work environment, recruitment, and retention. Builds a positive, compliant and productive culture in the workplace.
  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare annual budgets, financial control and complete risk analysis on potential investments. Monitors a system responsible for accounting, budgeting, responsibility reporting, internal controls, auditing, and cost reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS in business, engineering, or similar.  Masters a plus with at least 7 year’ s experience as a senior operations executive in a manufacturing company.  Proven track recorded in delivering exceptional business results.  Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision, running a growing manufacturing operation.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Desire to work in a dynamic growing organization, and be effective resolving ambiguities. Must be able to transition seamlessly from strategic level vision creation to day-to-day tactical operations. Must have sharp focus and be goal oriented.
