Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager with Career Transitions, you are spending your time Selling our organizations service. Your days are spent speaking to educated decision makers regarding Science, Engineering, and Technology staffing solutions for their business.
As a Business Development Manager, you are;
  • Establishing, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers with a primary focus in the Science, Food, Pharmaceutical industries and those who manufacture products.
  • Negotiating agreements related to our services and determining the best solutions for long-term relations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date fact sheets on all prospect targets, current customers and filling in sales gaps when needed.
  • Spending 90% of your time selling and building relationships through outside sales activities, service marketing, and account management.
  • 75% day travel required targeting accounts within 100 miles of our Chicago Office.

To be a successful Business Development Manager, do you have a;

  • Desire to Sell business staffing solutions to diverse buyer community.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience selling staffing solutions to corporate partners.

  • Demonstrated experience leveraging Sales Closes using lead lists, drip campaigning, demand reporting, industry statistics, economic and market reporting.

  • Communication abilities to sit across the table from a decision maker and discuss our services, turn a contact into a paying repeat customer, and continue growing the account.

  • Focus on Selling, working independently, reporting on your activities, surpassing sales goals, and the drive to succeed.
