This is a permanent hire position vs. contract with a small and growing company headquartered out of Dallas, Texas. You will report to the Engineering Manager in Fort Lauderdale. Perform application engineering duties for electrical power equipment that include creating and/or assisting with product quotes, engineering packages, documentation, classification, and supporting various client needs Design electrical power systems for clients in the marine industry Submit designs to agencies for certification and coordinate approvals Participate in sales meetings with clients Stay current with market trends to positively impact technical enhanced products 50% technical sales and 50% engineering. What do you need to be successful as an Applications Engineer?
