Administrative Assistant

What will you be doing?

  • Dispatching contractors to complete projects.
  • Negotiating with contractors to help find the best pricing.
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure complete and accurate work.
  • Prepare invoices to send to clients.

What will you need?

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
