Accounting Coordinator – South Bend

Our client, a Property Maintenance Company, has asked us to help find an Accounting Coordinator that has strong Excel skills and is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.  This is a contract-to-hire position.

What will you need?

  • Experience with high volume bulk invoicing
  • Previous experience working with invoicing and Accounts Receivables is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Excel skills - testing will be administered!
  • Strong Administrative background and experience.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.

What will you be doing?

  • Enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare bills and invoices.
  • Review all invoices for accuracy.
  • Distribute high volume invoices, individually and in bulk.
