Accounting Coordinator

Are you an Accounting Coordinator with strong Excel skills? Do you have experience with high volume transactions? If you are open to a contract-to-hire role in South Bend, this could be the opportunity for you!

What will you need?

  • 1+ years of experience working with invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
  • Strong excel skills- testing will be administered!
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.

What will you be doing?

  • Enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare bills and invoices.
  • Review all invoices for accuracy.
  • Distribute high volume invoices, individually and in bulk.
