Are you an Account Manager  that has the demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including leadership and executives?  Do you have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills?  If so, keep reading!  This position is in Blue Ash, OH.

The Account Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and interact with business executives and stakeholders.

 What You Need For This Position?
  • 3+ years of account management experience
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills as well has listening, negotiation and presentation skills are a must!
  • Great customer service skills and have experience delivering client focused solutions based on their needs and budget.
  • Good work ethic and attendance a must.
  • Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-task and work within deadlines

 

What Will You Be Doing?

 
  • You will be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.
  • You will work directly with internal technical advisors as well as other HVAC service provider professionals and technicians.
  • You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • You will develop a trusted relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • You will ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to individual client needs and expectations.  Service might include:  emergency service, preventive maintenance, unit retrofits, building audits or special projects.
  • You will communicate the progress of work daily, monthly and quarterly.
  • You will forecast and track key account metrics and exceed client balanced scorecards.
  • You will identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure growth and account retention.
  • You will assist with high severity requests and manage escalations as needed.
  • You will create and present proposals for quoted work to the client.
